Scofield Bible Had Big Effect on United States

In today’s marketplace, speaking the truth can be considered a revolutionary act and in some cases suicidal. That being said, as a minister of the Gospel, I’m commanded, by Scripture, to “expose the unfruitful works of darkness.”
In his book, “The Rise of Israel: A History of a Revolutionary State,” Jonathan R. Adleman describes the crucial support Israel receives from Christian fundamentalists as “totally fortuitous.” However, the incredible career of C.I. Scofield, the man who wrote “the Bible of Fundamentalism” (dispensationalism), casts serious doubt on that assertion. “Totally fortuitous,” hardly!
A brief history will explain why. As a young con artist in Kansas after the Civil War, Scofield tied in with a Jewish lawyer who was sent to Atchison, Kan., by the “Secret Six.”
Pulling strings both in Kansas and with his compatriots back east, Ingalls assisted Scofield in gaining admission to the bar, and procured his appointment as federal attorney for Kansas. These two became partners in a railroad scam, which led to Scofield serving time for criminal forgery.
Upon his release from prison, now as a professing “born again” Christian, Scofield deserted his first wife and two daughters and took as his mistress a young girl from the St. Louis Flower Mission. He later abandoned her for another woman, whom he eventually married.
Following his questionable connections to New York, he settled in at the Lotus Club, apparently funded by Samuel Untermayer, a Wall Street lawyer, who later became chairman of the American Jewish Committee, president of the American League of Jewish Patriots and chairman of the non-sectarian Anti-Nazi League.
Untermayer introduced Scofield to numerous key Zionists, both here and in Europe. These Zionists included Gompers, LaGuardia, Straus, Baruch and Schiff. These are the people who financed Scofield’s research trips to Oxford and arranged the publication of his bible, which has dubious footnotes and heretical implications. Scofield’s theology was most helpful in getting many fundamentalist Christians to back the international interest in one of Untermayer’s key projects — the Zionist movement.
It is impossible to overstate the influence of Scofield and his bible on 20th century Christians, as well as our nation. If there had been no Scofield bible, American presidents influenced by Christian Zionism, such as Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush, would most likely have been less sympathetic to Israel’s demands, and consequently more attentive to U.S. interests.
The Palestinians (who possess real Semitic DNA, unlike most professing Jews today) would have had a fair shake, rather than dehumanized by the Talmudic Zionist Knesset and international Zionism.
I believe that had Scofield not been seduced up by his Zionist handlers, America would not be controlled by an international banking cabal, the Middle East would not be experiencing the numerous wars designed by the Zionist neo-cons who have been dictating American foreign policy, the church would not be supporting the Zionist Christian heresy and America would not be bankrupt and on a course of designed destruction.

Take Action to Change Federal Government
To the editor:
A coalition of individuals and Congress have put forth a bill that will stop the pay for all of Congress if there is not a ratified budget. I feel very strongly the we all should get involved with this.
Do your own research: nolabels.org and your congressional representative. Make your own decision and move. Do something. For or against it, do something. Use your voice, your vote, your power, or you will lose it. We are not far removed from losing the essence of every vote counts.
I have been following No Labels for a while now. They have lofty dreams of changing the way government is run. Without our support, no one will ever change anything. Even if you think government is fine the way it is, get up and say so. Get out of your chair and get involved, or shut up. You can not have it both ways, whine about the governing body and then not voting or getting involved.
Urine tests for welfare, gun control, Obamacare. If you don’t speak your mind, then don’t complain when they take your guns and euthanize you because you need a new hip.
Let us be real. We have come to the edge of reality and it is going to change. We are the only ones to blame if it is not the change we want.
Stand up, be heard and by all means possible get involved. Call, text, email or even go see your representative. Let them know that we all want a change, in the right direction. We all have to get involved in governing or we will be the governed, not the governing. For the people, by the people and of the people, not “For the wealthy, by the wealthy and of the wealthy.”
