We have known Tracy throughout his entire law enforcement career. When Tracy first began in law enforcement, Paul had the privilege of serving as his field training officer (FTO). Over the course of nearly 20 years of working alongside him, Paul can say without hesitation that there are very few individuals who embody integrity, honor and dedication the way Tracy does.
We have had the privilege of watching Tracy grow from a young cadet into one of the absolute finest law enforcement officers, husbands, fathers, friends and public servants we have ever known.
