I was at Three Rivers Care at 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, for six weeks.
I returned home on Dec. 10 completely healed. I received IV antibiotics for a broken foot that got infected after it totally rejected the metal put in it.
I chose Three Rivers Care, and I am so very happy with my choice. They are what they advertise to be, which is highly skilled nursing care. Three Rivers Care healed me!
It was tedious and consistent daily care that worked. The staff all have high levels of integrity, real caring, awareness for active listening and working together as a professional team.
Dec. 17 is their first anniversary of opening their doors. I love these people who live in our Centralia community close by.
Please find a way for our community vulnerable seniors and adults who need care to find their way to top quality Three Rivers Care. I love these people and they earned it caring for me.
