I’ve met John Braun a few times now, and he is ultimately what I want from a representative in Congress: someone intelligent enough to understand the issues, experienced enough to know how government works, principled enough to put the people he represents ahead of political interests, and independent enough to make his own decisions.
This is exactly what he has demonstrated throughout his life and career. I challenge anyone to look honestly at his record and argue that he lacks any of those qualities, not only as a person, but as a leader, a husband and father, a veteran, a small-business owner, a legislator.
Ask anyone who has actually worked with him. I guarantee they’ll tell you the same thing: he is genuine, thoughtful, hardworking, and someone they trust. The fact that I can say that with such confidence and challenge anyone to prove otherwise, is telling.
That is the standard by which every candidate should be judged. And that’s why John Braun should be elected to represent us. Vote for John Braun. He is the real real.
