William “Billy” Howard Ramsaur Jr., 66, of Ocean Shores, Washington, passed away at home July 20, 2026.
Bill was born July 28, 1959, in Seattle, Washington, to William Ramsaur Sr. and Maryjane (Tereski) Ramsaur. Bill attended Hoquiam High School from 1974 to 1976 before moving to Adna, where he graduated from Adna High School in 1977.
Bill worked in the woods, logging early in his life, before moving to Colorado in 1982, where he spent most of his life. He loved Colorado! Bill began a career in information technology and spent the next 30 years in the field. During his time off and on weekends, Bill could often be found hunting, fishing or kayaking in Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Howard Ramsaur Sr., and his mother, Maryjane (Tereski) Ramsaur.
Bill is survived by his sister, Debbie Ramsaur Buzzard (Steve Bickar) of Hoquiam, and his brother, Stephen Ramsaur (Joyce) of Victoria, Texas.
Bill’s family will host a celebration of life at 1 p.m. Aug. 29 at 9 Grass Creek St., Hoquiam.
