William G. Mullins, known as Bill, was born Aug. 28, 1947, to Lawrence and Elsie Mullins in Morton, Washington.
Bill passed away May 11, 2026, in Winlock, Washington. He went to be with his Lord and Savior after a lengthy illness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Mullins, in 1991; and his son, Donovan Keith Mullins, in 2015.
Bill is survived by his mother, Elsie Mullins; son, Eric Todd Mullins (Angie) of The Dalles, Oregon; granddaughters, Madeline (Camdon) Newcomer of Salem, Oregon, Haley Mullins of Salem, Oregon, Emma (Chris) Gray of The Dalles, Oregon, and Michaela Olayvar of Rainier, Washington; grandson, Eric (Taylar) Mullins of The Dalles, Oregon; and four great-grandchildren, Peyton, Everett, Ellyana and Arya.
He is also survived by his sisters, Jeannie Riffe of Glenoma, Washington, Edith Womack of North Pole, Alaska, Bonnie Shields (James) of Salkum, Washington, and Marie Gallion (Chuck) of Randle, Washington; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and Aunt Jessie Rowett.
A heartfelt thank you to his beloved caregivers at Clark’s Country Haven — Tina, Anna, Haley, Lynn and Marie — and Assured Hospice for taking such loving care of him for the last 2½ years.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
