Whitney Jenelle Dunn passed away peacefully on May 1, 2024, at The Dada's Adult Family Home in Olympia, Washington. Whitney was born Oct. 19, 1965, to Bruce and Jenelle Dunn in Chehalis, Washington.
Whitney grew up in Ethel, Washington, and graduated from Onalaska High School in 1983.
Whitney resided at Rainier House in Seattle since 1991 before moving to the AFH in January.
Whitney was predeceased by her mother, Jenelle Dunn, grandparents Red and Lorna Anderson, CH (Swede) and Inez Dunn, and several aunts and uncles.
Whitney is survived by her father, Bruce Dunn, Mossyrock, siblings Brooke (Kelly) Senter, Mossyrock; Courtney McAuley, Chehalis; and Devan (Kate) Dunn, Bend, Oregon. She is also survived by nephews Nate (Alex) McAuley, Kade (Breanna) Senter, Rushton (Karissa) McAuley, Kord Senter, Mason Dunn, and Logan Dunn, and nieces Tucker (Jake) Sutton, Campbell Senter, Peyton Dunn, and Hadlee McAuley, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no services. Memorials can be made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) at nami.com or a charity of your choice.
