Tracey Kay Stalcup, 60, of Winlock, Washington, passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, in Centralia, Washington.
Tracey was born Dec. 3, 1965. After earning her associate degree from Centralia College, she began her career as a paralegal in the private sector. She later continued her work in public service as a paralegal for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.
Tracey found great joy in the simple things in life, especially crafting and spending time with the people she loved most. She treasured time with her children and grandchildren, and her family was at the heart of her life. She will be remembered for the love she gave so generously and for the memories she created with those closest to her.
Tracey is survived by her mother, Sherry Chase; her son, Aaron Stalcup; her daughter, Cecelia Neiman; her grandchildren, Cameron Neiman, Paisley Neiman, Ashton Stalcup and Charlotte Stalcup; and her siblings, Connie Rutkowski, Nancy Urrutia, Holly Neill and Eric Chase.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Chase; her husband, Troy Stalcup; and her son, Clancy Stalcup.
Tracey will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren and the many lives she touched.
A funeral service for Tracey will be held Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, at Winlock Cemetery in Winlock, Washington. A reception will follow at Hope Grange No. 155, 120 Antrim Road, Winlock, Washington.
