In loving memory of Teresa Stevick: 1970-2025

Posted
Teresa Dianne Stevick, loving wife and mother, passed away Dec. 17, 2025, at 55, in the arms of her husband and children at their home in Chehalis, Washington.

Terri was born Feb. 16, 1970, in Pensacola, Florida, before being raised in Castro Valley, California. A graduate of Castro Valley High School, class of 1988, she relocated to Chehalis, Washington, in 2006 with her family.

She was married for 35 years to Jess Stevick, also originally of Castro Valley. Together they welcomed a son, Jack Michael Stevick, in 1992, and a daughter, Jamie Lynn Stevick, in 1995.

Together they enjoyed camping, the San Francisco 49ers, family and friends, and a lot of laughter. All through her life, she maintained a positive outlook on life and an outgoing personality. Her smile was infectious; her laughter was from the heart.

Terri was employed at Napavine Family Chiropractic as an insurance administrator since 2014.

Terri bravely battled breast cancer, first diagnosed in 2020, then the reoccurrence in July 2025. She maintained her humor, dignity and grace throughout.

Terri was preceded in death by her father, Michael Glass, of Illinois.

She is survived by her husband, Jess Stevick; her children, Jack Stevick and Jamie Stevick; her mother, Joanne Glass, of Arkansas; sister, Jennifer Germany; and nieces, Natalie Burnham and Sydnea Sasso, of Georgia.

She had asked that people, instead of gifting items to her, that they pay it forward where possible. She encouraged all to keep in touch with family and friends as they are the most important things in life. She asked her family to stay positive, take care of each other and those around us.

She was a remarkable and loving person and will be missed by all.

There will be a celebration of her life at Adna Grange, 123 Dieckman Road, Chehalis, Washington, Feb. 7 at noon.
