Steve Allen Meeks, 66, of Mossyrock, Washington, died on May 25, 2025.
Steve was born in Renton, Washington, in 1958 to Lois Schaefer and Oscar Meeks.
In 1979, Steve married Dea Dra Reynolds. They had two children together, Robert Meeks Reynolds (Twin Falls, Idaho) and Sara Meeks (Shoshone, Idaho).
Years later, Steve met the love of his life, Linnea Chapelle. They built a beautiful and strong life together until she passed in 2019. Steve and Linnea’s home was open to all. Steve’s greatest pleasure in life was to experience life with his brother David, as he took care of him.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Oscar, as well as his love, Linnea Chapelle.
Steve is survived by his siblings Kenneth, Teresa, Deanna, Renee, David and Dwayne; and his children, Robert Meeks Reynolds and Sara Meeks, and their children.
Steve’s request was to be cremated and laid to rest in the ground where his mother and Linnea rest. We would like to invite all family, friends and others who knew Steve to join us in saying goodbye to a father, brother and friend.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 2pm at Fir Lawn Funeral Chapel, located at 351 N. 5th St., Toledo, Washington 98591.
