In loving memory of Ronald Vieth: 1940-2026

Ronald Vieth, 86, of Winlock, Washington, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Feb. 8, 2026.

Ron was a fun-loving guy who knew no strangers.

His kindness and wisdom were cherished by everyone. Ron was a co-owner of Twin City Wallboard with his brother, Donald Vieth, until they retired in 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Lynn Vieth.

He is survived by his children, Colleen Anderson (Cory Anderson), Ellen Smith (Nick Smith), and Nancy Vieth (Dale Oliver); grandchildren Chandler Anderson, Jordan Bishop, Nicholas Smith, and Hunter Smith; great-grandchildren Nova Hoppe and Lennon Marx; and brothers Donald Vieth of Winlock, Washington, and William Vieth of Battle Ground, Washington.

Ron was a loving father, brother, and friend who will be forever missed. Remember Ron for all the laughter and good times that he shared with all he knew.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the First Baptist Church in Toledo, Washington, on Feb. 28 at 11 a.m.
