In loving memory of Prentice Johnson

Posted

We are devastated to share that our sweet baby Prentice Lindley Johnson was born not breathing on her due date, March 5, 2024, at 12:44 p.m.

Our family is overwhelmed with so much love and support, and we thank God so much for blessing us with Prentice for the short time that we were given to enjoy her. We are grieving her short life and focusing on healing through this terrible loss. We really appreciate prayers.

Family includes parents Lucas and Piper Johnson; great-grandparents Charles and Donna Zeits of Hayden, Idaho; Dr. Robert (deceased) and Lorena Lindley of Mossyrock, Washington; Kenneth and Deborah (deceased) Johnson of Rochester, Washington; Abel and Elisabeth Borg of Onalaska, Washington; Everett and Melodie Phillips of Onalaska, Washington; and Dr. Thomas Moor MD (deceased) of Renton, Washington; grandparents Kevin and Kimberly Johnson of Mossyrock; William and Linda Halstead of Onalaska; and Cameron Phillips of Centralia; and the following aunts and uncles: Matthew Phillips, Tegan Phillips and Ethan Johnson, and numerous relatives living in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Austria.

For those who want to help, we just ask for support through kind words, messages and lots of prayers at this time. We want to acknowledge the Lord’s faithfulness and rely on and honor Him through this time of grieving.

A special thank you is offered to doctors Nishiyama and Scalici and the amazing staff at Centralia Providence Hospital and to Steve and Kerri Blankenship and Tom and Debbie Ward, who shared in our grief with love, prayer, encouragement and compassion and helped lift the pain of sorrow.

“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” — 1Peter 5:10
