Margaret (Peggy) Ann Rabung passed away on Sept. 13, 2023, at the age of 98.
She was born in Hillsboro, Oregon, to Josephine Harkenrider and Harold O'Neill. She had two siblings, Belle O'Neill and Robert (Bob) O'Neill. During World War II, she attended the University of Washington in Seattle where she met her future husband, Victor Rabung, After marrying, they moved to Yakima, Washington.
Peg and Vic had two children, Carol Lynn Rabung and Nancy Jane Rabung. Peggy worked for the city of Yakima. After Peg and Vic retired, they enjoyed traveling.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Victor, and her daughter, Carol. She is survived by her brother, Robert (Bob) O'Neill; daughter, Nancy; son-in-law, Jon Mandeville; her grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives. She will be missed.
There will be no funeral.
