Mike was born to parents Elmer and Rosemary Fry. Mike graduated from Centralia High School and went on to attend trade school for auto mechanics, later working for more than 30 years at the City of Centralia Street Department before retiring as a maintenance supervisor in April 2012. Mike married his sweetheart, Debbie, on June 12, 1972, and they were married until her passing on March 10, 2025.
Mike loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and camping with his family. He was also a talented drummer and loving cat dad. He will be remembered as a devoted family man, hard worker and good friend.
Mike was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lucy; mother, Rosemary; grandson, Uriah; and beloved wife, Debbie. He is survived by his father, Elmer; sisters, Jill Fry and Judy Holmes; daughter, Lisa (Dean); grandson, Riley; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 2, at 1:30 p.m. at 550 W. River Road, Centralia, WA.
