Michael Byrnes, born May 3, 1948, in Seattle, Washington, passed away at University of Washington Medical Center on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
Mike was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy, with whom he would have celebrated 52 years of marriage on Aug. 9; his children and their spouses, Gary and Shawn Byrnes, Jeff and Mindy Byrnes, and Kelley and Casey Adcox; and five grandchildren, Tadd Byrnes, Ryder Byrnes, Ava Byrnes, Brayden Adcox and Jace Adcox.
He graduated from Cleveland High School in 1966. Mike was a tremendous community leader for Twin City Youth Football and Centralia Little League. He loved golfing, skiing and spending time with his family. Mike endured many health issues over the past 20 years.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
