Lewis Patton passed away Sept. 23, 2023 at the age of 94 and a half. Gloria Patton passed away June 17, 2023 at the age of 93. They were living in Yakima. Lewis retired as Superintendent of Pe Ell schools from the late 70s to early 80s. Gloria worked at R.E. Bennett and Cascade Elementary schools in Chehalis from late 70s to mid-80s. The couple lived for years in Doty. They are survived by Cathy Fries, Yakima, and Janet Swanson, Allyn. They were predeceased by daughter Leslie Orme and only son Terry Patton. A celebration of life for the couple will be planned for a later date.
