Jennifer “Jenny” Nicole Doyle, 36, of Centralia, passed away peacefully at home on Jan. 11, 2024, after a short battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family and friends in her last few days.

Jenny was born on Nov. 5, 1987, in Centralia, Washington, to Mike and Laurie Doyle. She attended Centralia schools and graduated in 2006 from Centralia High School. Jenny let her love of the perfect smile take her through the dental assistant program at South Puget Sound Community College, where she graduated in 2009. Jenny worked at several dental offices before finding her home at Fisher Jones Family Dental, where she was employed for the past six years.

Jenny’s pride and joy was her son, Mahki Alexander. Watching him grow and learn, play sports and throw him the birthday party of his dreams each year was what she lived for. Together, they enjoyed going to Rainier and Mariner games and Chipotle.

Jenny also immensely enjoyed time with her family, including frequent family dinners and numerous vacations through the years. Jenny’s nephews and niece held an extra special place in her heart, and she took her job as the fun aunt very seriously, planning yearly trips to the beach, adventures far and near from home, and numerous sleepovers.

Jenny is survived by her son; parents, Mike and Laurie Doyle; grandparents Jim and Mary Knutson; siblings Kris (Elaina) Doyle, Alicia (Branden) Sullivan and Katie Sullivan; uncle Dean Cox; aunt Pam (Gary) Brotherton; aunt Kristina (Chris) Wheeler; uncle Bill (Liz) Doyle; cousins Shawna (Dave) Cass, Tami Doyle, Lindsay (Steve) Montgomery and Devon Cox; along with her nephews Nolan (Nevaeh) Rice, Noah Rathburn, Kain Doyle and niece Vada Doyle. Jenny also left behind many close friends who were like family to her and whom she cherished deeply.

Jenny is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Thelma Ross, fraternal grandparents, Bill and Margaret Doyle-Simon, James Simon and aunt Tammy Sullivan.

A celebration of life will be held on Jan. 26, 2024, at the Oakview Grange at 1 p.m. The family asks that those attending wear Jenny’s favorite color, teal, and bring along pictures and stories they may wish to share. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Jenny’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
