DeAnna Lea (Edeburn) Zion passed away April 4, 2026. She was born March 4, 1963, and grew up in Napavine, Washington. After attending Napavine High School, DeAnna went on to work in food service while also working as a caregiver.

In 1996, she met her husband, Dennis. DeAnna and her son, Beau, grew to love and move in with Dennis. Later, in late 1999, the two found out they were expecting a little girl, whom they named Samantha. After she arrived in 2000, they decided it was time to get married. On June 30, 2001, DeAnna married the love of her life, Dennis Zion.

DeAnna was happy with her small family. She became a mother of two and decided to become a homemaker. Her favorite pastimes were baking and cooking different treats for family functions. She was famously known for her mac and cheese, cinnamon rolls and pineapple upside-down cake. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, camping, Hallmark movies and her girls.

She leaves behind her husband, Dennis, of 25 years; her two children, Beau and Samantha (Joon); and her granddaughter, Olivia, along with grand fur babies Anaya and Nala. She is also survived by her in-laws; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous cousins. DeAnna was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Ella; her older sister, Dawn; and cousins Tim and Tammy, along with her companion into the next life, Princess.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
