Charlotte Osborn, a longtime resident of Winlock, Washington, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025, at the age of 97.
Charlotte (Richardson) graduated from Toledo High School with the Class of 1946. She was an active member of the Winlock United Methodist Church and gave much of her time helping members of the Hispanic community through the years.
Later, she moved to Sumas, Washington, where she served as a lay pastor at the Nooksack Indian United Methodist Church before moving to Phoenix, Arizona, to live with her oldest daughter.
Charlotte endeavored to make the world a better place in everything she did.
She is survived by her children, Naomi Mills, David Mills and Rebecca Duerst; stepchildren, Kim Langlo and Dennis Osborn; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
