In Focus: Riverside Bistro & Rooftop Bar celebrates reopening after fire

Riverside Bistro & Rooftop Bar is located at 1451 NW Airport Way in Chehalis, at the Riverside Golf Club.

The Riverside Bistro & Rooftop Bar had been closed since late September following a kitchen fire that, while quickly contained by the Chehalis Fire Department, caused significant smoke and internal damage.

The incident resulted in a nearly seven-month closure, requiring replacement of food inventory, equipment and key infrastructure, including the oven hood system.

Riverside Golf Club, established in 1927 as a nine-hole course and expanded to 18 holes in the 1970s, provides a scenic backdrop for the bistro and bar. The Chehalis River winds through the 110-acre course, offering picturesque views for guests.
