Lewis County Young Professionals raised more than $2,000 for local nonprofit organizations during its Festival of Trees Thursday night at The Station Lewis County Coffee Co. in downtown Centralia.

A silent auction was held for trees representing nonprofits including NAMI Lewis County, the Boys & Girls Club of Lewis County, Kiddin' Around, the Lewis County Dignity Guild, the Lewis County Tennis Association, Raise for Rowyn, the Visiting Nurses Foundation, the Spring Youth Fair and others.

After the event, Lewis County Young Professionals thanked Lewis County Coffee Co. for collaborating, Jesse Smith for taking free portraits, Academy Mortgage - The Wentworth Group for providing food, and D's Dream Design for providing balloon garlands.

"It's been an amazing journey in 2023, and working alongside such a supportive and vibrant community has made it truly extraordinary," Lewis County Young Professionals wrote on Facebook.  "Here's to more moments of collaboration, generosity and community spirit in the future! Thank you, Lewis County, for making this year unforgettable. Let's continue to make a positive impact together."
