'Ghost Walk and Dark Market’ coming to downtown Centralia

The Centralia Downtown Festivals Association is bringing a “Ghost Walk and Dark Market” to the Hub City. 

“Put on your bowler hat and step back into Centralia’s golden days,” the association stated. “Local tour guides will thrill you with ghost stories, folklore and historical morsels as you explore downtown Centralia.”

The Ghost Walk is scheduled for 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, and 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21. Tours will commence every hour beginning at the Lewis and Clark Hotel, 117 W. Magnolia St., Centralia. The cost to take part in a Ghost Walk is $20. 



“On your journey, you’ll investigate 13 downtown buildings and their rich histories. …  After you’ve finished touring the local haunts, stroll to the Lewis and Clark Hotel to check out the witchy wares and artisan oddities in our Dark Market,” the association stated. 

The Dark Market is free to attend. It will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21.
