NEWBERG, Ore. — Former Centralia standout Andrea Gabler scored a goal to help the Pacific Lutheran University women's soccer team to a 3-1 win over George Fox University last Saturday.
Gabler scored her ninth goal of the season after receiving a short flick from Megan Shannon as she shot the ball into the left corner of the net from 5 yards away at the 22-minute mark.
Shannon and Christina McDuffie also scored goals for the Lutes, who improve to 8-3-1 in league and 10-4-1 overall.
The next game for the Lutes is at 11 a.m. Saturday against Whitworth College in Spokane.
