The Friends of the Winlock Timberland Library will host its last used book sale fundraiser of 2025 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, in the book room at 300 NE First St. in Winlock.
There will be a drawing for the winner of the Watercolor Artists Package at 11 a.m., a news release stated. The winner will be drawn from the entries being collected at the Winlock Library and does not need to be present at the drawing. Stop by the library to enter.
Additionally, the Friends are hosting a food drive this holiday season during the sale. Bring a non-perishable food donation for the Winlock-Vader Food Bank in exchange for a free book.
All books are un-priced and sold by donation at the discretion of the shopper, and all proceeds collected will be used to promote the Winlock Timberland Library, according to the release.
Friends of the Winlock Timberland Library is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization whose mission is to support the local library branch and its service to the community.
