Trick-or-treaters will have the opportunity to hop on board a Twin Transit bus for a free ride on the “Trick-or-Treat Transit” event next Tuesday Oct. 31, on Halloween in an event organized by Experience Chehalis.

“Bring your little ghouls and ghosts to collect candy from local shops and businesses. Our streets will be lined with goodies and surprises!” Experience Chehalis’ Facebook page stated.

Those interested in taking the “Trick-or-Treat Transit” can get on board the bus free of charge at the Lewis County Historical Museum, located at 599 NW Front Way in downtown Chehalis.

The event runs from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and will feature a route with stops between Chehalis and Centralia.

Additionally, the Chehalis Farmers Market — on Northeast Boistfort Street in Chehalis — will be open for extended hours on the same day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
