With spring in full swing, Experience Chehalis announced this week it is bringing back its flower sponsorship program.
Individuals and businesses can sponsor a flower planter in the downtown Chehalis area. Each sponsorship costs $50.
“The flower sponsorship program is an important part of our efforts to create a beautiful and welcoming Chehalis,” Experience Chehalis Executive Director Annalee Tobey said in a news release. “By sponsoring flowers, individuals and businesses can play an active role in making our community more beautiful and inviting.”
Flowers will be planted throughout downtown Chehalis in the upcoming weeks to add pops of color and aroma to city streets and public spaces. Plants will be provided by Kaija’s Garden and Pet. Chehalis city staff will water and maintain the flowers.

Experience Chehalis is a nonprofit Main Street organization that aims to create a more vibrant and prosperous Chehalis, according to the release.
