In an event sponsored by Windermere Real Estate, Twin Star Credit Union and Washington Realtors, the Economic Alliance of Lewis County will be hosting an infrastructure and real estate seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 4, according to an Economic Alliance news release.
Windermere Chief Economist Matthew Gardner will be the keynote speaker, with the seminar scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. at The Loft at 547 NW Pacific Ave. in Chehalis.
Topics to be discussed by Gardner include housing shortages, short term rentals, purchase and sales, infrastructure and current real estate trends.
