A 68-year-old Cinebar woman was involved in a single-vehicle collision in Onalaska Monday evening, according to a memo from the Washington State Patrol.
Loraine R. Taylor was traveling east on state Route 508 in a 2014 Ford Escape when her vehicle “left the roadway to the right, went down a ditch, and then drove over a culvert,” according to the state patrol.
The Escape then “struck a fence and tree on private property.”
The accident occurred about 6:47 p.m., Oct. 13, according to the memo. Taylor was transported to Providence Centralia Hospital with undisclosed injuries. She was reportedly wearing a seatbelt.
The state patrol noted that no drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident.
