Doris Floy Yocum Krafczyk, 91, a longtime resident of Pe Ell, died May 30, 2017, at home surrounded by her girls.

She was born March 6, 1926, in Centralia to Peter and Floy Bell (Pier) Yocum.  Doris was raised in Centralia and later moved to Pe Ell. She attended school there until the 11th grade.  She married Edward Krafczyk June 30, 1944. They were blessed with seven children. Doris worked many jobs in her lifetime, including Perry Brothers, a chicken processing plant, and the cannery on State Street in Chehalis. She retired in 2002 at age 76, delivering mail for Pe Ell Post Office.  She lived her life for her family and friends.

Doris is survived by her children, Kathy Lessard, Priest Lake, Idaho, Judy Krafczyk, Kent, Wash., and George (Louise) Krafczyk, Aurora, Ill., Carol Norgar, Everett, Wash., Frank (Kathy) Krafczyk, Pe Ell, Wash., Karen Board, Everett, Wash., and Tom (Brandy) Krafczyk, St. George, Utah; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Ivan, Charles, Bob and Donald Yocum.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 10 of her 14 siblings;  husband of 58 years, Eddie; and sons-in-law, Dan Norgar and Joe Lessard.

Visitation will be in held at Sticklin Funeral Chapel, Friday, June 16, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 17, 2017, at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph German Catholic Cemetery in Pe Ell, with Deacon Loren Lane presiding.
