Striker Christoph Danger gave Toledo/Winlock United the early cushion and the late multi-goal margin, all part of a five-goal night to give United a 5-3 road victory over Kalama in a Class 1A Trico contest at Chinook Stadium.

Danger’s first two goals came minutes apart in the first half, a free kick in the 14th minute and a dime from Mateo Leon in the 15th minute. He netted a hat trick in the second half by finding the back of the net in the 64th, 77th and 78th minutes.

United (4-3, 3-3 Trico) snapped a two-match skid and lit up the scoreboard for the first time in over 170 minutes of game time. Preston Farrington and Alphonso Barragan also recorded assists.

A two-match homestand starts for United on Saturday with a league matchup versus La Center.
