Four people, including two boys ages 5 and 6, were injured in a crash on state Route 505 east of Toledo Friday night, according to the Washington State Patrol.

According to the state patrol, Pina braked to make a left hand turn, and that’s when Karnafel attempted to pass in the northbound lane, striking the Civic.
Pina and his 26-year-old passenger, Krystal A. Brooks, 26, of Toledo, were both injured, as were two boys ages 5 and 6 who were in their vehicle.
Karnafel was not injured.
All involved were wearing seat belts, according to the state patrol. Both vehicles were totaled.
Drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash, according to the state patrol, which listed the cause of the crash as unsafe passing.
