Friends of the Winlock Library Book Sale Fundraiser

Packwood Rod Run

$20 on-site registration. Show will include a poker walk, show and shine and other awards. First 100 cars will receive dash plaques.

ChehalisFest, normally a single-day event, will return this year for a week of activities culminating in a street fair and car show on July 31. Lintott-Alexander Park Benefit Party

The Chehalis Foundation will host a “Party in the Park” to raise funds for repair and maintenance of the Lintott-Alexander Park. Entrance is $50. This event is already fully funded by a foundation donor, so 100% of the proceeds will go to the budget for the park.

United Way Annual ‘Power of the Purse’

United Way Lewis County hosts this event to celebrate the power of women who support the community. Single tickets cost $50, a table for eight costs $500 and includes the company/host name on display. This year’s event will feature a raffle of purse packages and accessories, the presentation of the “Woman of Distinction Award,” appetizers by Joy’s Once Upon a Thyme and more.
Health & Hope Free Clinic Train Ride Fundraiser

Bagpipes at Pioneer Church
Aug. 7 at the Historic Borst Home Museum, Centralia; 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
In celebration of the newly built Pioneer Church and to honor the Scottish heritage of Mary Borst, bagpipe hymns will be played in a two-hour program with a brief history preceding each tune. This event is free.
