City of Centralia Annexes Over 100 Acres of Property Along Reynolds Road 

The City of Centralia annexed a 108.96 acre plot along Reynolds Avenue during the city council’s regular meeting Tuesday night. 

City staff have been working with developers over the past couple of years and toward the annexation with plans for possible industrial developments in the area. 

The land annexed is also the location of the Blakeslee Junction homeless encampment. Members of Gather Church have raised concerns about the people living there at past Centralia City Council meetings when the annexation was discussed.
