Woodland Village — an senior assisted living community located at 2100 SW Woodland Circle in Chehalis — is hosting an holiday open house dinner event for its residents and anyone wishing to attend on Friday, Dec. 22, according to a Woodland Village news release.
“The staff here at Woodland Village would like to invite everyone for a Holiday open house before Christmas, in hopes our residents get to spend some quality time with their loved ones!” Woodland Village Executive Director Kiersten Milton said in the release.
For $15 for adults and $7.50 for children, attendees will have their choice of either a prime rib or salmon oscar dinner along with a Caesar salad, tortellini escarole soup and other sides. Dessert will consist of assorted cheesecakes and Christmas pudding.
The open house will run from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and begins with a gingerbread house competition including houses decorated by both Woodland Village residents and staff. Attendees will be able to pick their favorite and judging will begin after dinner.
