The Chehalis River Basin Land Trust will host its annual Return to Riverside Gala fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Chehalis River Discovery Trail. The trail is located at 1545 Goodrich Road, Centralia.
The gala will feature wine and dessert as well as a presentation by The Chronicle’s Isabel Vander Stoep and Jared Wenzelburger, who kayaked down the Chehalis River earlier this year, and updates on recent Land Trust projects and activities. A fundraising auction will also be held. Attendees are asked to register in advance at https://www.universe.com/events/return-to-riverside-gala-tickets-BYRVQ2. Tickets are $22 each and sales close on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
