Chehalis Cub Scout Pack 9301 will host a Father’s Day Summer Craft Sale event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 7 at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Admission and parking is free.
The Cub Scout pack stated in a news release that it is currently seeking additional vendors from the wider community and region to join Cub Scout families to sell artisan, handmade and homemade items during the event.
In addition to general craft items, the pack also hopes to attract vendors who sell items suitable as Father’s Day gifts for patrons to purchase, according to the release. Food truck operators are also encouraged to join the event.

The Father’s Day Summer Craft Sale event will be held inside the St. John Lutheran Church Gymnasium at 2190 Jackson Highway, Chehalis. Vendors and patrons can access the event directly through the double doors on the lower level of the building.
Chehalis Cub Scout Pack 9301 notes that all proceeds generated from the craft sale event will go toward supporting Cub Scouting programs in Chehalis, youth camperships and defraying the costs of uniforms and materials to reduce financial barriers to participation in Cub Scout activities. This craft sale event is organized by the organization’s Cub Scout Committee made up of Cub Scout parents, den leaders and volunteers.
Children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade who would like to participate are encouraged to start attending Chehalis Cub Scout meetings on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. at the Chehalis Scout Lodge at 278 SE Adams Ave.
Chehalis Cub Scouts participate in community events and service projects around the Chehalis area. Cub Scouts in Chehalis also traditionally attend summer resident camp at Camp Thunderbird at Summit Lake. Chehalis Cub Scouts is supported and chartered by the American Legion Grant Hodge Post 17 in Centralia.
