Yong A. Kang has opened GG's Teriyaki and Sushi, formerly GG's Espresso and Gifts, behind the Centralia Factory Outlets.
The restaurant specializes in Japanese food, and is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. GG's Teriyaki and Sushi is closed on Sundays.
