The Centralia High School Powerlifting Team is holding a Donuts for Deadlifts fundraiser to generate funds for their season.
Sponsored and hosted by Crossfit Sentry, the challenge begins at noon Saturday, Nov. 15, at its gym located 902 Johnson Road.
“Community members and lifters of all levels are invited to test their strength and support a great cause,” said organizers.
According to organizers, each registered lifter will get three attempts to hit their maximum deadlift. Champions in each age category will earn a medal — and all participants get donuts.
The first 75 lifters to register will receive a commemorative Donuts for Deadlifts t-shirt.
All proceeds directly benefit the Centralia High School Powerlifting team, helping them cover essential expenses like meet registrations, team and lifting gear and travel expenses.
Lifters can register and pay prior to the event or on the day.

“Come out, set a new personal record, and support Centralia High School's dedicated powerlifters!” said organizers.
