Centralia City Manager Rob Hill announces plans to retire this summer

Following nearly 15 years of service working for the City of Centralia, City Manager Rob Hill has announced he is planning to retire this summer, according to a news release.

Hill started working for the city in 2010. He came to Centralia after working for the City of Susanville, California.



“He has provided a wealth of knowledge, vision, expertise and dedication to the City and its multitude of stakeholders during his long tenure, and will be greatly missed,” the release from the city stated.

Hill’s last day as city manager will be May 31. Centralia city staff have started the process of searching for candidates to become the new city manager.
