The Lakehouse Restaurant Opens in Mossyrock

The Lakehouse Restaurant opened in Mossyrock last month. Owners Dannie, Joy and Trent Richardson are now offering a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 350 Hadaller Road.

Chef Kit Pogue prepares a selection of food items including burgers, sandwiches, homemade pizza and pasta dishes.

The downstairs dining room has a lake view and upstairs seating has a full bar and a deck.

The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and hopes to extend those hours this summer.

New Era Designs Opens in Chehalis

Farmers Insurance Holds Fundraiser for March of Dimes



Farmers Insurance is holding its annual windshield repair day today at 1307 Harrison Ave. in Centralia at the Corwin-Rey Insurance Agency. Customers can get chips in their windshields repaired from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. whether they have Farmers Insurance or insurance from another company. The staff at Corwin-Rey will help customers file the claim to get the job done. Safelite is also offering a deal for those without glass coverage.

Farmers is asking customers to donate to March of Dimes.

Black Hills Bakery is Holding an Open House in its New Location

The Black Hills Bakery is holding an open house on Saturday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its new location at 500 West Main St. in Centralia.

The company is offering 20 percent off all orders now through the end of July. Proceeds will be donated to Solid Rock Ranch to help send kids to summer camp.
