Ellie Johnson was the only golfer to end with a stableford scoring above 30 points and that was enough for the Wolves to spoil the Bearcats’ senior day and come away with a 113-111 victory at Newaukum Valley Golf Course.
Melody Hackworth and Natalie Buchanan each registered 22 points for Black Hills. W.F. West was led by 28 points from Anabele Moeckel while Maddy Alexander added 22 plus Paige Duncan chipped in 21.
Black Hills will host Shelton on Wednesday while W.F. West takes on Centralia on Thursday in a Swamp Cup dual.
