A Beaverton man faces 17 felony charges and two misdemeanors after prosecutors alleged he plied underage teenagers with drugs and sexually abused them, court records show.

A Washington County grand jury indicted Joshua Allan Delago, 26, on March 11 on multiple charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and marijuana to a minor, third-degree rape and second-degree sexual abuse, court records allege.

The Beaverton Police Department said in a statement that it believes Delago abused nine minors between 2019 and March 2026. Police said they also believe there may be more victims.

Court records show that prosecutors allege that at least one of the victims was 16 or under at the time of the abuse.

Delago was previously convicted of unlawful possession of a controlled substance in 2024.

Investigators ask anyone who may have information about the case to contact the Beaverton Police Department Investigations Division at (503) 526-2280.
