129696RFQ Drinking Fountain Bottle Fill BOISTFORT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 234 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION FOR DRINKING FOUNTAIN - BOTTLE FILL STATIONS Boistfort School District No. 234 is requesting bids for professional installation from interested companies for five (5) Elkay Bottle Drinking Fountain Bottle Fill Stations model #EZSDWSSK in the Boistfort School District as part of the district's Healthy Schools - Healthy Kids Grant. Bids shall be submitted no later than May 9th, 2024, 2:00 PM. Bids submitted after this deadline may not be considered at the discretion of the district. Interested firms with experience in plumbing and drinking fountain installation are requested to submit bids based off the bid packet and the required bid walk to be held 5/2 at 3PM at Boistfort School. The scope of work will entail the removal and salvage of existing drinking fountains and installing new Elkay Drinking Fountain Bottle Fill Station model #EZSDWSSK at locations shown in attached packet. Provide new branch cold water pipe and new isolation valve to serve new fixture. Provide new waste piping from the main waste line to fixture. Provide/extend required power at each condition. Maintain all finishes and existing conditions prior to installation and/or repair back to prior condition before installation begun. Boistfort School District will review all bids and select the lowest responsible bid for the anticipated scope of work based on project requirements.
