The Lewis County Coroner's Office, in partnership with John Panesko and the Pioneer Cemetery, will hold a public internment of unclaimed cremated remains at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
“These are decedents who have been abandoned or forgotten and this ceremony provides them with a dignified interment. The public is invited to attend and pay their respects,” said Lewis County Coroner Warren McLeod in a news release.
Pioneer Cemetery is located at 2000 S. Market Blvd. in Chehalis. Parking is available.
