Megan Leinaala Susan (Amano) Forrest married William Ryan Forrest on Aug. 24, 2019 in Ka’anapali, Maui, Hawaii. The private ceremony was officiated by the Reverend David Wolff, a close friend of the bride and groom. The bride performed a traditional hula during the reception. ‘Man of Honor’ was Kevin Rude of Las Vegas, Nevada and the Best Man was Darin ‘Bully’ Bullock of Centralia.
Other wedding participants included Lauren Amano (bride’s sister; Maui, HI), Kelsey Selden (groom’s sister; Las Vegas), Jeanette Mendoza (Las Vegas); flower girls: Ka’ena Rodrigues (niece; Maui, Hawaii), Reagan and Reece Selden (nieces; Las Vegas), Tim Reed (groomsman; Mukilteo), Troy Landi (groomsman; Oceanside, California), Tyler Selden (groomsman; Las Vegas); Ringbearer: Charles “Chuck” Bullock (Centralia).The bride’s parents are Mark Sr. and Jeanine Amano of Maui, Hawaii. The groom’s parents are James and Karen Forrest of Mossyrock.
The couple will live in Kansas City, Missouri.
