No injuries were reported after a truck caught fire on state Route 6 at Northwest Louisiana Avenue in Chehalis early Sunday morning, according to the Chehalis Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the report of a truck fire at 4:45 a.m.
Crews arrived to find a semi-truck and trailer with an engine fire that extended to the cab of the vehicle, according to the Chehalis Fire Department.
“The vehicle was hauling milk, and no damage or leaks were noted to the trailer,” the department wrote in a post on Facebook. “The fire was quickly contained and extinguished. Thankfully, no injuries to the driver or firefighters.”
