The Chehalis Police Department is investigating the death of a 58-year-old man found in the 200 block of Riverside Drive in Chehalis on Friday.
The Lewis County dispatch center received a 911 call at approximately 3:55 p.m. on Dec. 8 for a report of a possibly deceased individual, according to the Chehalis Police Department.
“Officers responded and located a deceased male near a body of water,” the Chehalis Police Department said in a news release.
The Lewis County Coroner’s Office has identified the man as Gary Kolberg.
“The case is still under investigation and no further details are being released at this time,” the Chehalis Police Department said in a news release.
