Mark Morris won the two team games and W.F. West won both baker games, but the Monarchs had 3 more total pins to defeat the Bearcats 3-2 at Fairway Lanes in Centralia on Thursday.
W.F. West lost the first game, 810-767. Ellie Bunker led the Bearcats with a 168 and Ashley Werner was close behind with a 166. Kelsie Stritmatter rolled a 160, Leslie Erwin bowled a 139 and Jessica Loflin recorded a 134.
The Monarchs won the second game, 809-783. Werner led the way with a 204. Bunker rolled a 164 and Loflin had a 161. Erwin bowled a 140 and Stritmatter rounded out the Bearcats with a 114.
W.F. West won both baker games, 171-137 and 191-159.
