The number of Americans filing for unemployment benefits fell to a 49-year low recently. This points to sustained labor market strength. Initial claims for state unemployment benefits dropped 8,000 to 207,000 for the week ended Sept. 29. Black and Hispanic unemployment figures are the lowest in history.
I have scoured all of the liberal news channels today to see if they are covering this positive news — and nothing! Even though some analysts have said that the U.S. is currently at “full” employment the mainstream media purposely omits this story.
Today’s liberal news is simply an extension of the Democratic Party. It squashes anything that could be construed as positive results of the current administration and promote anything that could be construed as negative.
I encourage all readers to push through the clutter. We are in the best economic cycle we’ve been in for years. This optimism and prosperity it due to President Donald Trump and his administration.
