Noel Nicholi Cummings passed away and joined our Lord on Nov. 22, 2014. Her strength and love for our family was beyond measure and she will be dearly missed.

She was born in Marquette, Michigan on March 3, 1939 and lived in numerous places throughout her life. Her fondest memories as a young lady were of her dog Laddie, growing up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and on Lake Au Train, Michigan and her father Nicholas Niks who treated her like the angel she was. Noel adored her mother Hazel and loved to hear her laugh until she cried.

She was 75 when she passed and was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Patricia Byrd; niece, Trisha Isenhour; and grandchild, Jo Wilson.

She enjoyed going places, fishing and she would hook her own worm, raising animals on the farm, sitting outside putzing in the dirt and loved the fall colors.  Noel loved angels, enjoyed cooking and loved to watch her family when they gathered around the table, especially during the holidays.

She is survived by her family members, husband of 49 years, Denny Cummings; sons, John Armstrong, Tony Armstrong and his wife Tracy, Bill Cummings and his wife Shelly and daughter Mary Wilson and her husband Gary; sister, Judy Isenhour; and niece, Tammy Adams and her husband, Andy;  grandchildren, Rodney Mills, Jennifer Polanco and Brad Hall, Noel Sharp and her husband Seth, Nicholas Dyer, Miles Cummings, Jasmine Green and her husband Josh, Sam Dyer and his wife Shawnna; niece Wendy Rivers and her husband Marv; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Armstrong, Hadrian and Hadley Green, Annaliese and Nicollette Rivers, Maddox and Piper Dyer, whom she adored and loved very much, giving them Eskimo kisses when she could catch them.  These are but a few names of all she called family and loved very deeply.

The memorial service for Noel was held on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014 at Brown Mortuary in Chehalis.
